Hotel Kö59 Düsseldorf - Member of Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection

Luxurious stay with lovely attention to detail. I particularly enjoyed that all staff were not just efficient and helpful but friendly and welcoming which made the hotel feel like home. Food was outstanding in the restaurant with an excellent breakfast selection. Room service was the best I have experienced.

The room was perfect and comfortable. AC was working great during hot days outside. Blackout shades which was important for my baby's sleep. Gave me extra mattresses for the baby bed which made it easier for me to handle her. Every time I walked to the hotel with my baby stroller, there was always a staff member who ran towards me to get the door for me. The hotel and rooms are well designed and super clean. The access to Holmes Place gym and spa are a plus, I got to swim at the pool which was a nice refresher during my stay. My husband worked out at the gym and said it was one of the best gyms he got to visit. The restaurant is great, both for breakfast and dinner.

The location was perfect. Rooms were big enough and well equipped with f&b amenities (coffee machine, hot water pot, etc). Breakfast is perfect with just a word. I have never seen fresh apple juice machine in another EU hotels even if they were 5 stars.

What did we like? Everything! I would like to start with the personnel, they where open to help and very friendly. Room was clean and big, enough space for two of us. Location was also fantastic, in the heart of centrum. If you have some spare time go to the bar, they have some nice drinks and the atmosphere is really great, some will say "cool" or "chill". Breakfast was also amazing, seriously... the variation of food was mega and the glass bubbles/champagne/prosecco in the morning is spot on!

Room was very cozy and spacious. I liked the bathroom ensuite. Beds very super comfortable. The premises of the hotel are beautiful with modern photo art, nice architecture with lot of glass. We felt very comfortable.
